Timothy W. Schulz, an attorney with Timothy W. Schulz, P.A., is also Of Counsel to Atherton Galardi. Tim concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and white collar criminal defense.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Tim was a police officer with the Atlantic City Police Department in Atlantic City, New Jersey for ten years. After graduating from the Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, Tim began his career working with Roy Black, Esq., one of the country’s most premier criminal defense trial attorneys. While working with Roy Black, Tim co-counseled and co-tried numerous state court criminal cases and trials, including a nationally televised murder trial covered live by Court TV. Tim also co-counseled a case in which Albertsons, a Fortune 500 Company, was charged with corporate criminal manslaughter in the death of shoplifter during a struggle with supermarket employees. A dismissal of that case was ultimately obtained.

Tim later decided to apply his trial experience the areas of commercial and business litigation, and joined the litigation department at Greenberg Traurig, P.A. While at Greenberg Traurig, Tim represented a number of Fortune 500 and other publicly traded and private companies in a myriad of complex litigation matters, often dealing with multi-million dollar disputes.
